Payment

• Orders may be charged to your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or JCB Credit Card.

Shipping

• All orders are shipped United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Service or United States Postal Service "Priority" wherever possible. They should arrive within 3-5 days. If the items arrived damaged, save the shipping carton and all packing materials and contact your local UPS or USPS office immediately. We also ship FedEx upon request.

• For Domestic Orders:
  0 to $50 - $6.00 shipping
  $51 to $100 - $8.00 shipping
  $101 to $200 - $10.50 shipping
  Add $2.50 for each additional $100

• Available Options for Domestic Orders:
  UPS 3 DAY SELECT add $5.00 to above normal shipping
  UPS 2nd DAY AIR add $6.50 to normal shipping
  UPS NEXT DAY AIR add $16.50 to normal shipping

• For International Orders:
  0 to $150 - $25.00 shipping
  $151 to $250 - $35.00 shipping
  $251 to $350 - $65.00 shipping
  Over $350 - $65.00 shipping plus $30 per $100
  (All International Orders are shippined by U.S. Postal Service unless requested otherwise.)

Back Orders

• Occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock. It is our policy to notify you in the case that this occurs by email or telephone.

Warranty

• 12 month warranty on parts and labor! All components and labor are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase. It is at the discretion of RangerGolf.com to determine if a shaft or club head is defective from misuse or abuse.

• 30-day money back guarantee! We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all clubs we build. Clubs should be returned in original condition. (If clubs are returned used or with marks they will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.) Once clubs have been received by us, you will receive your refund. (Refunds are full the full amount of the clubs, but does not include shipping expense. Does not apply to special orders, customer requests for loft and lie to be altered, or for club to be more than 2 inches longer or shorter than standard.)

Returned Goods

• Please check all contents of the box carefully. If there is a problem with your shipment, notify us immediately.
